Front Desk Florence is a concierge service maintained by private subscribers (busy professionals, working moms and dads, seniors) to help them live well in Florence.
Call Center: 541.902.5122 The manager on the call desk becomes a confidential executive assistant to the household, answering questions, making referrals, arranging for services, researching solutions for the caller's problem--in short, whatever the caller needs.
Subscription: $13 a month
Shopping Service
Members place orders for products at Eugene Costco Wholesale each week, by Thursday. Friday the orders are delivered in Florence. saving members a day's time and a tank of gas. Subscription: $13 a month plus a share of shipping and handling fees.
Market of Choice, order each week by Wednesday. Thursday the orders are delivered to Front Desk.
Long's Meat Market, order 1st and 3rd Wednesday or the month. Friday following the orders are delivered to Front Desk.
In addition, Front Desk members receive discounts and special promotions at more than 20 local merchants.
The goal of Front Desk is to assist each subscriber in sustaining an enjoyable, healthy and fulfilling life in Florence.
How does Front Desk do that?
Front Desk has assembled a team of strategic partners: for home repair and maintenance, housekeeping services, yard service, and house safety checks while owners are away.; for in-home non-medical and medical care; and for errands, transportation and other necessary services. You need it? We'll find it.
Economic benefits are available to all subscribers through Front Desk strategic connections with Costco Wholesale - Eugene Warehouse.

Front Desk staff handle errands, grocery shopping, pick-ups and deliveries including pharmacy, and transportation to appointments, stores, events and destinations.
Referrals by Front Desk are only to vendors that are pre-screened and are properly licensed, insured, and bonded.

Connections to Services for Living Well: Personal development and wellness programs, retirement coaching, enternatinment, travel, peer-to-peer social and educational activities second career development, hobbies, local Elderhostels, day trips. (A mix of free and for-fee activities) Connections to Home Repair and Maintenance Services: Licensed, bonded, insured plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers with excellent performance histories in Florence.
Landscaping, weed control, window washing, carpet cleaning, chimney cleaning, heating- air conditioning maintenance, pest control. Checking your vacant home on a schedule both inside and outside.
Connections to Housekeeping Services: Monthly cleanings, organizing and supervising housekeeping services.
Connections to In-Home Care Services: Services begin with a no cost or obligation consultation from a professional Nurse Case Manager who will provide detailed recommendations and connections to appropriate resources such as:
Companions and homemakers to assist with errands, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and more.
Personal Care Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants who help with daily personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal hygiene, medication.
Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses providing nursing care in your home: diabetic care, wound care, pediatric care, end of life care (Working closely with Home Health or Hospice agencies).
Special needs: post-operative care, medically fragile children, post traumatic injuries, neurological conditions.

Who Pays? Subscribers pay for all products and services they select. Minimal charges may apply to pick up and delivery services.

Front Desk Florence subscribers pay a monthly fee of $13 to support a Call Center whose responsibility it is to locate and screen service vendors. Subscribers pay for services requested.
